A C.P.R.E.S.™ Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist

Probate is a legal process in California that deals with people who are deceased, disabled or incapacitate as well as guardianship of minor children. The Probate Court administers the estate of an individual that dies with assets and determines how those assets are distributed to that individual’s heirs. The disadvantages of probating a will are many. The probate process is expensive, time consuming, and intrusive. Court costs, attorney fees, personal representative fees, bonds, and accounting fees all add up.

A probate real estate agent has legal duties and obligations as an advocate of a probate estate. This means it is prudent to hire an agent that has specialized knowledge, training, and experience in the probate process.

Tom Pantazis is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. Tom is sensitive to the circumstances, is educated and experienced in the probate process, working with all the involved parties and making sure that the best possible results are achieved.
